By using eWordly (ewordly.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What eWordly offers

eWordly provides free word games and word tools, including Unscrambler, Wordle Helper, Crossword Solver, Daily Scramble, and Word Trace. Some games have optional sign-in to save your progress and compete on leaderboards.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for the activity that happens under it. Don't share your account credentials. You can delete your account at any time.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when signing up
• Not impersonate anyone else
• Not use the site to harass, abuse, or harm other users

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access eWordly
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our games or content
• Use the site for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the site's operation or security

Content and intellectual property

All eWordly content — games, design, code, branding, dictionaries used for puzzle generation — is owned by Maestro Media Group or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

User-generated content (like words you submit while playing) is stored only as game data and is not made public unless you explicitly share it.

Leaderboards and public data

If you sign in and play games that have leaderboards, your display name and score may be visible to other users. You can change your display name or hide it in your account settings.

Availability

We try to keep eWordly online and working all the time, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the site down for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using eWordly at any time.

Disclaimers

eWordly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the site is error-free, secure, or that game scores or leaderboards are perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maestro Media Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of eWordly.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of eWordly after changes means you accept the new terms.
